Friendly and caring staff - superb swimming pool - easy access from ring road

Food mostly indifferent - fearsome road bump, last before approaching hotel entrance

Hotel accomodation, general facilities room

V Poor handling of fire evacuation at 2.30am resulting from smoking in a guest room. Significant delay by one staff member only, to fetch guest list and start check off for estimate 200 people. No aplogy at reception next day until reason requested.

The facilities and cleanliness of rooms

Not being able to swim in the evening as had a 14 year old with me and she wasn't aloud in. But enjoyed the facilities the next morning.

Overall: Was perfect for what we wanted, elder daughter had hockey training for two days round the corner so was in perfect situation  (108667782)

really relaxing feel about the hotel and the sports and swimming area/s were second to none with very useful and helpful staff, breakfast bar superb.

Just a little bit costly for food in the bar area

Overall: really enjoyed the short stay and have now booked to stay straight away in Swansea to celebrate our anniversary  (108435069)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
