Room sub standard complained to reception who told me manager would ring me on monday this never happened therefore I believe you do not value my custom yet I spent over 2000 pounds last year within your group!
Overall: Very poor and will not use again as my business is obviously not valued (108919035)
Rooms were miles away from Reception with no direct lift 4 corridors and 2 flights of stairs after using lift, not good with an elderly mother, we ate every night in restaurant which was good, but the last night they had a christening party and coach tour so the paying guests of the hotel we allocated a small section at the end of the christening party with kids running around and screaming not what you need after a long days work.
