Good efficient check in, friendly staff, good quality snacks (seemed expensive but reasonable value when you saw the actual product)

Minor point, but could do with better signage on approach, missed entrance drive and had to backtrack.

manager was very sorry about the flys,and noise

The noise from disco on friday night kept us awake after speaking with reception it made no difference.Sat night a very niosy wedding bride running around the hotel shouting at 0330hrs. dinning room and bar was alive with flys which made for a health hazard.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
