Staff excellant very helpful
The heating was brokena and although a convector heater was in place and it did heat up the room there was no way of heating the room until you were inside meaning it was cold for sometime until the convector filled the room.
Overall: I had a comfortable stay at this hotel (108783180)

Not enough milk to coffee/tea ratio. Have you treid a mug of your coffee with only one phial of powdered milk?Yuk!

Tv didnt work and started to smell, got woken up at 8.30am, knocked the door and just walked in didnt give me time to get to the door.
