Friendly and very helpful staff who understood that I needed to have breakfast slightly earlier than timetabled.
The handle on the toilet was a bit erratic!

Extremely efficient service and very friendly staff. Clean and very quiet. Given a choice of rooms on arrival, good choice of breakfast. Warm and comfortable bed.
Shower room needs attention; loo flusher became stuck twice which could have caused a problem. Decor tatty but clean in shower room.
Overall: Overall, very pleasant stay, we would use this hotel again (108687738)

Clean and tidy with friendly helpful service
Overall: A good night's sleep was had and breakfast the following morning was eaten in pleasant surroundings. Our host was friendly and made us feel very welcome. (108325000)

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
I would suggest that a second mirror could be placed over the area where the kettle was placed. As a hairdryer was also there, it would make sense to have a mirror to use, especially since there is no plug point near the bathroom where the only other mirror is placed. How does a girl dry her hair and see what she looks like at the same time???
Overall: The hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the hotel served the purpose of an overnight stay. (108724861)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
