It looked very nice.

Couldn't check in until after 2pm - which meant checking in around 1 am as we were at a wedding. Our bed had a top cover which had stains on it and the bed cover (which you sleep on) had holes in it were it had worn. I booked a twin but got a double. I was booking with as part of a wedding party and didn't realise I was going to be charged £10 more (despite following the onliin instructions as posted on the couple's wedding site

excellent breakfast. Hours of opening of the pool.Children's hours. very comfortable room

huge hotel. You can get lost in the corridors. The receptionist did not mention the pool nor the lift to access the room. We figured it ourselves.

Virtually no orange mobile phone reception. V importatnt as on-call for work.

Overall: Good hotel but orange phone reception means I'd look for somewhere else to stay  (107732372)

Overall as a first visit to the hotel my wife and I were very impressed with the quality and value for money.As a business man who travels alot and visits many hotels I would certainly come back and recommend to friends.

A nice easy check in.It was a benifit to have the spa although we didnt use it this visit,we will the next time.

Overall: We had a nice relaxing stay and bar staff very friendly.Lovely breakfast in morning.I wish we had booked two nights.Maybe if the hotel did mini weekends with specials rates we could visit more often.  (107889160)
