Lovely position on the seafront and great view from bedroom. Excellent breakfast with good variety, dishes constantly topped up, warm bread, cheerful staff. Facilities at hotel looked good but we did not really have time to use them!Comfortable bed: nice linen and duvets.
Our bedroom was looking a bit tired. The main window had to be propped open - the room was hot. Some stains on carpet. Oh! for some more toiletries; eg shower cap, handlotion. Hotel made an error in our booking (wrong name) but this was quickly sorted out by Active hotels, when I contacted them, prior to departure. It was a good thing that I checked though! Limited channels on TV.

Great location, nice grounds, quiet room with sea view, and helpful staff.
4th floor room was very hot with high humidity and neither 'fan' in bedroom or extractor-fan in bathroom were effective even with window and doors open. Sound on TV had intermittent defect.
