Staff efficient and friendly, everywhere clean, good parking, lovely building with some stained glass windows.
Overall: I booked this through the internet not having any additional information about the hotel. The write-up was accurate and the stay was completely satisfactory. Very convenient for Taunton town centre which was about two minutes walking distance. Good value. (1270629)

Very nice room . very friendly staff , very quiet location. All round pleasant environment to be in...
none really but if I had to be picky a bar for residents could be nice. We travelled down very late a fancied a few drinks but we got the impression that things at the hotel shut down around 11pm. Not really a bad point though.
Overall: Loved it and would stay there again . Our son lives in Taunton but he is in the armed forces and so we cannot stay overnight with him and would have to have a hotel room. (108172838)
