Fantastic food in restaurant, comfortable bed, comfortable temperature and very quiet night.

I enjoy the leisure facilities

When we went to the busy bar,there was only one person serving,my husband waited over ten minutes before he got served - We also tried to use the discount vouchers at the bar,only to be told by the barman that he did not think the till did discounts. When we asked at reception when booking out she just said she would look into it! We spent a lot of money in the hotel and ended up with no discounts at all!! Furthermore whilst sitting in our room, we were annoyed that the manager had come to check if the room had been cleaned ** He Just Unlocked The Door And Walked In Without Even Knocking First **

Some breakfast foods looked at though they had been standing too long. Eggs must look freshly cooked. This was at 8.30.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
