Good atmosphere. Very pleasant hosts. Excellent breakfast.
Pity the television did not work properly. Have slept on more comfortable beds. (However, I do recognise that personal preferences differ.)
Overall: Many good points. Would stay again if I booked on the telephone and were able to check some details. (107406155)

Small car park - cars tightly parked. Would have liked more tea/coffee supplied in bedrooms, although extra available on payment.
Overall: Basic accommodation run by friendly management. Very good breakfast to be taken between 0830 - 0900 hours daily. Located on the main Torquay to Paignton road giving easy access to local transport. Close to beach. (99569999)

Friendly and easy going close to amenities.
Overall: We had a very enjoyable three day break at this hotel and could not fault it. The owners were very friendly, including dogs, and it was in a beautiful area, with lots to see and do. (99487167)
