Overall: WE had booked for three nights. Our original room was extremely poor and was way below a five star hotel standard. When we complained we were told that we would have to pay for an ungrade. We refused but then decided to pay. when we afterwards registered our discontent we were released from the surcharge. The room we then allocated was quite satisfactory but we had one very miserable night! (1366587)

there was a wedding party on at the same time all guests both wedding party and regular guests were usingb the same bar which was woefully understaffed. staffing issues on these occasions should be looked at.
