Phil and Helen were lovely and really welcoming, the room was comfortable and beatifully set out. Breakfast was excellent with a homely feel. would recommend guest house to others 10/10

The room was lovely, spotless. The fresh milk and drink making facilities was a plus, in easy reach of town centre by foot.
The shower was a little weak, my partner was a bit disappointed and toast with my breakfast would have added to the lovely start to the day.

the room was like home from home and the breakfasts were excellent
the scales in the bathroom revealed i had enjoyed the breakfasts more than i should have done

Room amazing, they even added special touches as it was our wedding anniversary! Breakfast lovely! Great welcome by Helen and Phil, very friendly people! Would definately go back! Close to town centre and sea front too!!
