Staff very helpful & friendly. pool facilitates were good & clean. Bedding & towels were clean & overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast facilities were good & good choice.
Room for a double was very small & not actually a double bed, as an indication was two pillows could not fit across the top of the bed. For an overnight stay we could cope with this, but if i was staying any longer, I feel this would have been unacceptable. Bought a bottle of wine in the bar, which was not very nice, but staff were happy to take this back
Overall: As we were out seeing Blackpool sights & only one day stay it was ok to cope with the room (108355121)

The staff were very helpful and polite.
The hotel was clean and tidy.
There was no shower in the room.
The radiator was stuck on so the room was to warm.
The menue was limited in the dining room.

Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was open all day.
Room was too hot only had 1 window which didn't open properly.
decor was old fashioned, no lock on the bathroom door and the shower did not work.Floor boards were very creaky.
Overall: staff were very pleasant and helpful. value for money 7 out of 10[could do better] (107826650)

The staff at the warwick hotel were welcoming, helpful and they played with our baby daughter!! The food was lovely - especially hubbys full english the next day!! The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet part of Blackpool - but within easy reach of local amenities.
If I am honest, I can't really think of any bad points.
Overall: Overall, we had a fantastic nights break with helpful, smiling staff - which makes the stay even better - the pool is lovely, even though we didn't get round to taking a dip!! (107956515)
