Since we are flying from overseas without sleep, i requested to accomodate in early check in (instead of 3 pm as their policy)but it was not considered. Lot of other hotel do provide early check in.
Rooms need to be cleaner.

4 room changes in one night, dirty, messy noisy rooms, no windows
Overall: the cleanliness, tidyness and presentation of our rooms was dicusting. the service in relation to rectifying our complaints was incompetent. The attitudes of the night manager (who lied to us), the duty manager (who was dismissive towards us) and the General manager (who refused to see us) were all insulting, and a 50% discount (which we took in fear of never being able to redeem anything) was not sufficient to make us feel better about our ruined week-end, especially as we were promised a full refund by the night manager. We will NEVER visit this dirty, lazy and rude hotel again, ever!!! I would have liked to have known what a shambolick operation norbreck castle hotel really was. I would have gone elsewhere!!!
