lovely people good breakfast

Very Clean and comfortable. Cosy. Excellent Breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly owners but not intrusive. Better than most 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Very well maintained with lots of extra little touches that show that the owners take pride in there service.

A good 30 to 40 minute walk from the main attractions of Blackpool but within a 2 minute walk of the regular trams. The walk itself is quite pleasant as the hotel is situated in a nice area of Blackpool.

Overall: Cannot fault the service. Excellent value for money. Very warm, welcoming and clean. Excellent English Breakfast plus other tastes catered for. Couldn't ask for better after a long day around Blackpool.  (108731124)

very clean and friendly. given a warm welcome. jan and terry could not have been better hosts

Jan and Terry were extremely helpful and very accommodating, their hospitality was brilliant especially with our 4 year old son. The food was fab too, especially the full english breakfast which was fresh & very tastey. I would recommend anyone with a young family to stay at this hotel.

The only one thing I could say was that the bathroom floor could have done with a clean as there was quite a bit of hair on it from previous guests.

Overall: Our stay was very enjoyable, hotel clean, owners very friendly and welcoming and food fab. Thanks Jan and Terry for a lovely weekend.  (108373365)
