good location. very scenic view. bed was comfortable. food was ok.

1. temperature in the swimming pool was too cold to swim . 2. i requested early check-in at 12 noon before we arrived. but they said check-in time at 3 pm so we had to wait. 3. internet was not working in my room. they said I have to come down to the lobby to get connected. We stayed in two rooms separately. Internet in another room was fine. They know internet is not working in some rooms. but they didnt change the room repeating they dont know the technical problems.

Overall: The most embarrassing situation to me was that I had to come down to the lobby to get connected to the internet and bloomberg when people were watching me.  (108429374)

The Hotel was very nice from certain view points

Waited over 30 minutes to book in due to the receptionist saying that they had no knowledge of my booking/ they could not find it! When we finally got sorted the room that we where given had one view which was scaffolding, which was supposed to have come down at the end of August. We where given a small bowl of fruit as compensation (five fruits one of each type) and neither of us like fruit.

Good spa facilities. Breakfast excellent but somewhat rushed.

When we got there we had been allocated a double room. It then took a long time to find me and my daughter a twin room. We had no fruit or dressing gowns in the room - so went tot the spa unprepared.

Overall: Good after room was sorted out - bu poor that this thing should happen. The receptionist told me that it was a twin room request on the booking form so therefore it was their fault.  (108259144)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
