Rooms brilliant, nice breakfast, bar was great too. Nice atmosphere in the hotel.

Parking bit of a squeeze, longish walk to princess street (15-20 mins).

Overall: Great hotel. Set in an old manor house so it has great atmosphere and character, yet is still perfectly maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and again, have some character. Generally highly recommended, the only thing I think could turn people of is it is still a fair distance from the centre. We loved the exercise but I can imagine some might find it a bit far to walk.  (1330144)

near from bus station and railway station. near from city center. friendly atomosphere

disablity of internet connection one electric plug without work, bus stop locates 50m far from the road across place. Receptionist didn't tell the exact location so I had to wait another 15min. in windy cold morning.

Overall: one night stay is acceptable in very narrow and small room. poor cost performance for the room and high season and locational benefit can compensate partially, not completely  (108275617)

Very friendly helpfull staff, kippers on the menu for breakfast

It never looks good to ses bar staff measuring wine before pouring into glasses better to have a measurement line on glass otherwise it gives a sense of tight fistedness.Provide coffee pots for breakfast dont dish out one cup at a time, again a touch of the o'l Scottish reputation is rearing it's head!!

Overall: Very good alround I would definitely reccommend this hotel to my friends  (107542449)
