Good sized room, large public facilities and v near Iklely Moor

Difficult to find coming from the north -- station not signposted until you are next to it.

The lad who helped us change rooms was a credit to the hotel. Staff at breakfast were adequate.

The decorative oreder of the room was poor as was the furniture. In the evening hot water took ages to appear. We had asked for a quiet room but were allocated the noiaiest room in the hotel on arrival.

staff very helpful.food very good.the whole wedding day went extremely well and everyone enjoyed it.

we were unhappy with the room allocated as it was accessed by very steep stairs but it was no problem being moved to another more suitable room.

staff were very friendly and helpful and quick with my room servive at 2am!

the bathroom was very small and in need of some modernising. We didn't have a bath and the sink was very small.

Overall: we were there for a wedding night do so the stay was comfortable and it was convenient staying in the same hotel as the party.  (107438962)

beautiful setting

The room was very disappointing and staff looked as though they could have done with a break! Breakfast was 'okay' but, again, somewhat disappointing considering the purpose of the stay.
