Well appointed room, bathroom exceptional. Evening young waitresses very pleasant. However, hotel operates strange procedure - I was not asked to sign a docket following the meal, thus the cash tip which we had on the table was not able to be given to the waitress, as I saw her going home.

Middle aged waitress serving breakfast, not congenial.

Overall: Very noise as on A27 - not hotel's fault, but still noisy with windows open, however Shoreham airport opposite very interesting and good use was made of tub chairs and table in window recess. Hotel very empty, thus rattled around in dining area. Sea food meal very good.  (108799674)

Easily accessable from major routes and close to coast. Very comfortable hotel, excellent standard of accommodation, good choice of breakfast - well prepared and served. Friendly management and staff.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
