Overall: Most enjoyable, I booked the room before looking at the reviews. I am so glad, I may have been inclined not to go ahead! The hotel was very satisfactory and my on line requests were also met. Very good and will recommend the hotel to friends (107315849)

Overall: Having just stayed in the Ramada Encore in Crewe where we got free Internet & Wi-Fi connection we were disappointed to find that this hotel charged £6 per hour or £12 per day for the same thing and the room was £20 dearer. We also felt that this was what we would call a 'tired' hotel in looks and decor. (107331082)
