Overall: Refurbishment affected stay even though I appreciate these things need doing. I chose hotel because of leisure facilities which were very limited. No warning on the website I used to book. When work is completed I will book again though. (1659637)

Overall: The room was quite small but still comfortable to stay in. The free facilities i enjoyed whilst here were the pool, the steam room and the spa, they were amazing and very relaxing. I'd definately stay here again for an overnight stay or a weekend break. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. (1381172)
Room was nice and clean, Bar staff very friendly and hotel had plenty of parking and was easy to find. Wendy in accounts is also very helpful. Health Club & Gym was fantastic.
Was not very impressed with reception. Firstly they only booked us in for one night when it was supposed to be two. Then checkout took ages. Realised when I got home that I'd been over charged by £98, hence why I've been speaking to Wendy in accounts.
Overall: Think we just had bad luck with reception and caught them at busy times. (1410815)
