Excellent location. Close to centre of Norwich and easy travel to UEA. Friendly and efficient staff. Advice from receptionist avoided a missed flight home on our day of departure. Ever thankful.

None to think of.

Overall: Very enjoyable. We have used this hotel before and will do so again. Pity about the weather but that was not the fault of the hotel.  (108506743)

I stayed in the hotel in a satelite building in a single bed in a room which was so small I could not sleep well. The last time was much better and both groups of adults were pleased with the size and standard of the rooms

Cost of breakfast at £9.50 is far too high

Overall: Overall very satisfactory, and I asked to have use of the rooms for an extra 30 mins and the Manager was more than helpful  (108850628)

Excellent location for visiting the Castle and Cathedral in Norwich, either a 15 to 20 minute walk, or catch service 35 from the bus stop outside. If walking, it seems safe in the evening, and there is a footbridge over the main road The Victorian Gardens, next to the Hotel, are very interesting The three staff we met in our 3 night mid week stay, on reception and in the restaurant for breakfast, were all very helpful, and very good at their jobs. The car park was fairly full, but not full up

Overall: It was our first visit to Norwich, and we found it a very interesting city Very helpful to have a hotel room in walking distance The booking was room only, and breakfast was added to our account, if taken. Continental breakfast costs less than a full breakfast Breakfast is the only meal served, but plentiful with lots of choice  (108171016)
