Overall: We had a lovely time at this most homely welcoming hotel. The staff were very warm and happy to help with any request. The food was absolutely delicious and the proprietor told us of a live band playing in the village hall; we went and it was a lively great evening. The hotel has lovely seating, lounge areas with comfortable sofas and good decor.
