the staff was so friendly and helpful

the bathroom wasn't that clean. it looked clean in that hotel way, but the tile floor had long-standing dirt ground in between, and it just didn't seem that clean.

Extra pillow, good wardrobe space

Room facilities not working Trouser press / lamps. tv not attached to the wall secureely and wires hanging loose. Bed old and very soft / springy

Overall: I travel a lot and stay in many hotels but this one is one I will not be returning to.  (108816157)

Looked nice, good bar comfortable sitting areas.

No biscuits with Tea/coffee (in room). bed was pretty awful

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
