Regular customer whom all the staff in the hotel bar knew kept staring at us. We felt uncomfortable and left.

Great location 5 mins tube station 10 mins museums. Very clean and tidy hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.we will come back again. Breakfast full english was great.

Clean compact room, adequate facilities, friendly staff, full english breakfast included in price, ironing board, hairdryer, trouser press, safe etc included as standard as was en-suite and toiletries

Reception area was nice.

The poor was v small, especially for 2 people (I did book the room for 2 people). There was also no mini-bar available I assumed there would have been. Also there was no mirror above the sockets for using hair dryers / hair straightners. I has to use my hair appliances without the use of a mirror. The mirror in the room did not have a socket next to it.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
