Linens excellent, bed comfortable, room quiet, quite warm, but opening windows easily resolved that. More than adequate room. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom had adequate hot water, but shower adjustment (angle of nozzle) broke, made it quite inconvenient. Lift did not go to our floor in that part of the hotel, lugging our luggage up to from floor below quite a chore.

Overall: Overall, I liked it. For the money, good value.  (107515910)

Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. They also have two free computers with internet connections that were very fast.

Overall: This is not an upscale hotel but it is very adequate for all but the most spoiled travelers. It is just a few yards from the Earls Court tube station which is great after a day of touring when you just want to get to your room. There are several good pubs and reasonable restaurants nearby.  (97037612)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
