It was really close to the Royal Albert Hall

The Staff were most helpful especially as I mentioned that since booking,I had read adverse reports concerning the lack of cleanliness. However all was well and the room was very clean.

I gather that the hotel is to be closed for re-furbishment and certainly the decor needs some improvement.

Hard to find any!! Looked presentable from the outside- Reception clean and tidy

Room 405, disgusting, dirty, side of bed all ripped and unclean, springs stick in your back when in bed- internet shows availability of cooked breakfast but not available, lack of facilities in room- would advise our company never to use again!! we are a 1.2billion turnover construction company and spend a fortune on hotels throughout the uk and this is the worst i have come across

Convenience of location for proximity to the Royal Albert Hall; General efficiency and friendliness of staff

Location at a road junction resulted in almost continuous traffic noise, leading to an inadequate night's sleep. Your publicity offered choice between English and Continental breakfast. In fact no English was available, and no reason given.

Overall: Satisfactoty as a means of avoiding a late (after midnight) return home.  (107645709)

Sheets were clean and beds were ok

Room tiny and shabby, tv and phone not working, shower mouldy, no hairdrier, no air con,only one thin pillow and towel per guest, drawers and toilet door broken, powdered milk.

Overall: Although the hotel was only 2 star, it was still £75 for the night and was well below standard and not as advertised. It was only the fact that we were staying for one night only and hardly there that made it bearable.  (108225691)
