The hotel had parking.

The room was unpleasant, uncomfortable and didn't have basic facitlities like beverages in the room.

Overall: The room was not very welcoming or paricularly comfortable. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although you could obtain beverages free in the dining room up until 12am free. The staff clearly could speak many languages and were very efficient. The whole building felt a bit claustrophobic a maze of corridors, but it did have a lift.  (1601614)

fresh clean sheets and towels, v. clean rooms, quiet location, big well-cooked breakfasts, well organised staff, very handy for the Earls Court tube. Walking distance to the Natural History Museum and Science Museum.

tiny room with worn furniture ( but then I did buy the Budget Single ),no shower in the shared bathroom ( just a bath and a loo ) - to get a shower had to use a bathroom that was 4 floors away and just off the dining room.

Overall: everything went smoothly - the booking , check in etc, receipts etc . I'd say the hotel was good value for money, and only 5 minutes walk from the tube. I'd stay there again - also prepared to recommend it to friends who are on a break and maybe don't have the largest budget.  (108126188)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
