I found the hotel not to be of a four star standard and not very clean!! the shower in are room was very poor a very weak drizzle and the room wasnt clean and small. The breakfast was very poor, food was cold it was supposed to be a full english but no fried eggs only scrambled. The spa option was also at an additional fee
Overall: I wouldnt return here and i found the hotel very bad value for money I also wouldn't recommend it to any one. (108574684)

Well placed v Brighton and Hove centres and shoreline and the staff tried hard even if they didn't always succeed. Clean and plenty of space in the rooms.
Charge for parking not indicated on web site - internet booking not recognised properly on arrival ( we noted others with the same problem ) - no air in the room as windows were locked - extra charges for some leisure facilities
Overall: Adequate and I wouldn't complain if forced to stay again but we shall look elsewhere next time. (107510808)
