Apart from booking process I can not find anything to call "good points"
I stayeyd in many London hotels in the past 20years. In fact I stayed in the same hotel 12 months ago.This time my experience was v.bad not to say shocking.
Dirty room,dirty badthroom ,not working door lock and above all bed smelling of urine.
If not for my tight business schedule I would check-out without paying for services I did not received.

check in & out good went smothley, my room was on the ground floor and had patio doors, unfortunatly there was no key so that i could open them. The soft furnishings were of good quality.
air coditioning in my room not working as it was stuck on cool so has to turn it off. but as the weather was good during my stay so my room soon warmed up

Overall: For the price I would probably stay there again but I would pre-check that the shower worked and the TV. Their attempt to charge me £25 for Internet left a sour taste in my mouth. (107291675)
