Mainly the price, what a bargain! I booked about 14:30 on the net not thinking we'd find anywhere(Norwich city playing at home!). It was really easy and when we arrived a few hours later the keys were ready. Very well organised, pleasant staff.

Refurbishment under way, didn't bother us much but still not nice to see.

Overall: as above definately recommended for a short stay!  (1664849)

pool closed early. no lights in car park - made it feel insecure. Would benefit from instructions in room on how to adjust air conditioning
