Booking was straightforward.
Hotel was easy to find, ample parking.
Room and dinner/breakfast were extremely good. Staff very friendly & helpful.

my selection of beef for main meal was not cooked to my liking . perhaps a choice should have been offered

some poor staff,drinks/food exspensive.room clenliness poor.room needed new bedding/carpet ect.

Staff were very welcoming and my concerns at being a lone traveller were swiftly proved unfounded, largely due to attitude and helpfulness of staff at the hotel
I was a little uncomfortable in the dining room setting - being very aware of my lone status. Staff continued to be very accomodating and friendly - it was more being aware of the attitude of other hotel residents.
Overall: Overall I was very happy with my stay at the Bay Tree hotel (107468186)
