Clean sheets, good carpets.
Shower was freezing or scalding hot and grouting was dirty. Handles were missing from drawers in room, furniture very shabby overall. Blanket on the bed - in this day and age?? Bedcover had seen better days. Ceiling was flaking . The rooms are badly in need of a makeover.
Overall: Went for Breakfast at 8.40 by 9.10 had not even been offered tea or coffee or had order taken. Complained to no avail. Complained again at 9.15 very poor breakfast arrived at 9.30. Terrible! One waitress to serve, take orders clear tables and wash up - disgusting. There was no orange juice, no cereal, no hash browns as advertised. (107822436)

bar man was very helpful and informative, nice bar, excellent location, room small but clean, breakfast tasted "warmed up" but ok for choices and star rating, would stay again only because very central and within walking distance of all attractions etc
breakfast didnt taste freshly made, room was very small and could of done with a fresh lick of paint
Overall: clean bed and breakfast excellently located within short walking distance of beach and all attractions, get your breakfast elsewhere though! (108726518)

Convenient access at all times, good size room, more than adequate breakfast, reasonable amount of free parking close to the hotel, pleaseant walk into town via the back streets and a small park. 2 minutes from the sea front but in a quiet position.
