The style of the hotel was lovely. It was old architecture and new, comfortable accomodation.
Overall: An enjoyable stay which was quite pricey although it was for a friend's wedding so I didn't mind spending the money. (3304604726)

We were away from the main rooms holding wedding receptions. The courtyard effect was very nice. The size of room was very good.
The mould on the grouting in the bathroom. The leaking of water from the over-bath shower door. The mattress on the bed needs replacing.
Overall: The staff were excellent and the attention and service were very good. Fixing minor problems with the room would make this an excellent venue. I would recommend it to friends who were in the area. (3304521617)

The rooms were very clean and very stylish - set out very well. The grounds were fantastic and well looked after.
Nothing our stay was very enjoyable.
Overall: Overall our stay was unforgetable the hotel setting is marvellous. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The wedding setting and the food was very good. A fantastic hotel for a wedding. (3304532464)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
