Very clean and staff were very helpful when checking in and serving breakfast. Liked the availability of coffee and fruit juice all day.

TV when used gave feedback so not able to have it on. Would have liked a seating area downstairs for the use of guests other than the dining room area. Room small but adequate for the stay and a London Hotel - maybe a bit shabby.

Overall: Would use again when visiting London as good quiet location but near to Euston Station.  (107552017)

Very conveniently located to where the Eurostar arrives & close to several subways. The hotel was clean, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast good.

No elevator which is hard for over 60s when you are on the top floor.

Overall: Good value for money in a very expensive city. Have stayed at another hotel in the same area which was not as nice.  (108118544)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
