Better than many, warm welcome, good facilities yet relaxed

Having to dine at restricted times because of big groups. But it wasn't a problem.

Overall: They went to great length to help with a computer connection since I'd understood they had one and in fact they hadn't. Deputy manager Kirsten was most helpful  (1431525)

Hotel is in a good central location in Arundel's main street and close to the town's tourist attractions. Easy to access from A27.

Whilst it is an old coaching inn the bedroom furniture etc matches this style, however, the bathroom could certainly do with updating, as it certainly looked a little tired in places and in need of some TLC.

Overall: The personal waiter/waitress table service was welcomed in the breakfast room and the choice of food for breakfast on offer was good and appeared to be cooked to order, rather precooked and left in hot trays as in some modern hotel chains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Norfolk Arms.  (107400563)

Nice room with excellent view. Delighted with the room and would ask for it again.

Only problem was that in the morning I could not turn on the cold tap for the bath. I ran a hot bath and finding it too hot, tried to turn on the cold but the tap was jammed. I would have had to dress and wait for help to get it fixed, and had been late getting up, so did not have a bath.

friendly staff, hotel was in keeping with the village and the history of the place.

Overall: would stay again, very enjoyable, good food and lovely people, large parking area at rear of hotel,which was great as could park up and leave car. The catle was a stone throws away. Everything you needed in one place.  (107798946)
