Staff were most helpful. Food was excellent value. Will return. Only drawback the Serenity staff were not present at the Spa. Swimming, etc. facilities were excellent.

Only lack of beauty therapist at the Spa part of the hotel.

Overall: Excellent overnight break. Beautiful gardens to relax in.  (108483509)

I was very dissappointed with disabled access as my wife is disabled I was led to beleive you had good access but we found it hard going, also the bath and shower was no good for her because she could not get in it

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
