Overall: we were in stratford for a break to see the theatre and have a relaxing time away from our families. the hotel was brilliant for that. we booke don a room-only basis and were able to walk out into the town to eat at various excellent restaurants. we used the hotel bar , which was friendly and relaxed. the room was clean, comfotable and provided ecerything we needed. it felt for more expensive than it actually was. excellent value. we will definitely book again. Overall: The hotel was ok and as the location was very good I would probably book again. However, the receptionist on arrival was not very helpful and could have made an effort to find an alternative room, or at the very least apologise for not providing us with the room I had requested.
