Friendly helpful staff. Free wifi which is always a bonus! Great location for a base to see the sights of London. I was visiting the London TV studio and was literally 3 minutes walk!

My only complaint was having to leave luggage in the very small reception area. I would have prefered it to have been out of sight at least.

Overall: Great little hotel, would definitely use again. Great price too. I stayed Sunday and it was only £90 for a comfortable double room with tea and coffe making facilities and decent free toiletries. All in all very good.  (108157048)

Hotel very convenient to St Paul's/City of London. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. Staff were always polite and helpful.

Overall: This hotel was good value for money (though that comment is relative to all hotels these days being exceptionally highly priced).  (108317061)

Facilities in room were adequate, however it is a long time since I have stayed in a hotel with a manual fan for air conditioning

Expensive considering I could have stayed at a Raddison hotel for £105

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
