Staff were very helpful, particularly reception staff.
Only one main one really, lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Overall: the hotel is nice,old fashioned in the beautiful location. the staff were super frendly and helpfull. the breakfast was great aswell. but the room we had was on the ground level and it was too dark there and the bath room is not really clean as we found some hairs in the bath tube. I think if we pay more money,maybe we can have better room (107714345)
