Trouble trying to think of any
Poor equipment in room, loo flush not working properly
Inordinate delay for promised soy milk at breakfast, even though it was ordered at booking and we were told that we just had to ask when we're ready. Basic breakfast service was poor.
£150 was deducted from my debit card on the evening of my arrival without my authority and only discovered on checking out the following morning. Plus soe other minor things.

it should all the signs of a cross between a premier inn and a holiday inn
the food is disgusting, it was the quality of a mac donalds and the worst i have ever had in a hotel, so bad i refused to pay for it all. The intial waitress was arrogant and just agreed the food was poor, everyone else was professional and sorted the situation, however we went to bed hungary, and that was our first wedding anniversary, some celebration.
Overall: felt let down, as adverstised a 4 star, so expected real food, not microwave rubbish same as a toby carvery. (108572084)
