Very friendly and helpful staff
Overall: Clean and adequate for what you'd need from a hotel room, but the atmosphere and service were great. I'd stay here again, no problem. (107410809)
A good breakfast with a reasonable choice for my vegetarian daughter.
Arrived directly from airport after travelling twelve hours to find the bistro closed and bar closed at 6.30pm, no offer of a hot meal, just given the key and left to make our own arrangements.
The "twin" room was tiny, the "shower room" was a cupboard and it's expelair fan didn't work, so all the steam from our showers invaded the bedroom.
Overall: No warmth or welcome on arrival after a long and stressful journey to the UK. Grateful we had to leave the next day. (107882324)

Overall: Not exceptionally good or bad, but was a good location. Oddly amused that I had to pick up a phone and dial zero to attract the attention of the lady on reception, even though she was less than 6 foot away through an open door. (107190799)
