Pleasant courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room.

Left pair of shoes in room when checked out. When I telephoned was told they were not in lost property. However, when I contacted hotel again by email I was told they were in fact in the lost property and would be posted to me. Glad I checked again!

Overall: When telephoning to say we'd be arriving late Senior Receptionist was polite, efficient and helpful.  (108689915)

Clean, pleasant location, efficient staff and good breakfast

Road noise from the A23 was intrusive.

Overall: Hotel was fine for the money. Breakfast was particularly good.  (108433551)

From entering the hotel to leaving all staff personel were very helpful and curtious at all times.

There was only one double bed in the room and our 7year old daughter had to share our bed it was very cramped.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
