Overall: We should have asked, of course, but the only criticism we had was about initial check-in when we were not directed to the lift and had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs as we assumed there was no lift as we didn't see it. All else was absolutely brilliant, staff excelled in making us comfortable and in organising a very complex booking of names and different dates. We should like to see all involved congratulated on their warmth, friendliness, willingness and efficiency to help us get our wonderful family celebratory meal (one daughter graduated, parents emigrating) really special.  (108612163)

good service staff very helpful pleasant, very propmt. Once checked out still can use facilities in pool and spa etc...

Only double bed, would of preffered X2 singles. However not a major problem. Check out time bit too early.
