I stayed in Dene Hotel just opposite Comfort Inn because at 9.30pm Comfort Inn had closed the reception. Dene Hotel was good value - excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

I booked on line at 5.30pm to stay that night and upon arrival at Dene Hotel (Comfort Hotel had no reception at 9.30pm) they did not have any booking for me. I was put into a room on the first floor in Dene Hotel and the manager helped with the heavy luggage bec there was no lift. Room was fine but looked as though it could do with a freshen up, particularly the room front door that had numerous scratches on it and the bathroom tiles that had black mould on them.

Overall: Overall good value. The plants in Dene Hotel could do with a clean and a little water but overall everything was fine.  (108394400)

Cheap and easy to locate. Enough car parking.

Hotel doesnt look clean at all, and bad smell all around. WIFI in advertised and it is not availble. Bad lightinh and doors are not in good shape. No pressure in the shower and also broken shower head.Overall very bad experience.

Cleanliness was of a good standard

Arrived at midday. Was told to go away as room wasn't ready. Had to pay before viewing the room. Would have asked for a better room. It was so dark had to have the light on. Outside was lovely and sunny.

Good access and quiet, plenty of parking space. Reasonably clean and tidy.

Telephone did not work and was not repaired during the 2 nights I was there.

really enjoyed my stay , excellent web site and so easy to book, only booked the night before , and they hotel phoned me to ask what time i would be arriving, the best value for money hotel i have stayed at by far.

Overall: excellent and if in the area again would not hesitate to book again  (107333752)
