Hotel was very homely and with lots of character, room was really lovely and old fashioned, hotel was very central.Allowed us use of another room before official check in time as ours was not ready so could get ready for a wedding, which was very kind.
Shower head leaked a bit, lighting in the bathroom was not the best for make up application!
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Overall: Very lovely hotel with lots of character, beautiful oil paintings were all around the hotel and a lovely open fire. (107851943)

hotel different from any other hotel you would stay in
our room faced out on road and had nightclub and jazz club outside, all open until 3am, so very load with people until 3.30am ,so hard to get to sleep

The old world charm,combined with good natured,friendly staff helped to make our stay most enjoyable..
having to climb 8 flights of stairs to our room on the top floor..We are not getting any younger,but I suppose it was good exercise...
Overall: It was handily placed for all the places we were about visit on our London weekend,and we were very pleased with the location,treatment,and staff..The only change I would make would be A LIFT..!! (3304838681)
