The Hotel was great, rooms very clean and food super
Not taken seriously by staff.
Overall: I was so pleased when i saw the Hotel. I had booked this hotel as my sister had an important meeting in Bedford the following morning. She however hardly got any sleep because of the noise in corridor. Nothing was undertaken by night porter. Noise went on until 1.30 in the morning. i am sorry I chose this hotel for my sister now. Perhaps this hotel is good for a short break, but not for a business trip (108817106)
