leisure facilities great
forgot my razor asked at reception who gave me a poor reply,that was the only down side to my stay

lounge, bar, restraunt and facilties were exceptional set in great grounds and easy access from the motorway
the room was very tired and could of done with updating considering the rest of the hotel . the shower was next to useless and the signal on the t.v was very poor
Overall: the hotel was great with some of the best staff i have come across in a long time. the food was excellent, the bar was the best place to be, as long as you dont stay in the room it was near on perfect.... (108354005)
Extremely clean and pleasant surroundings. The pool and spa facilities were outsanding and overall this was real value for money
I can't think of one to be honest, maybe the food was a bit steep in price, but the quality was also worth it in my opinion.

We had a very good weekend at this hotel, all staff were most helpful and friendly and the wedding reception itself was excellent. The room was clean and very well appointed. Very good value for money.
It would have been nice to have more chairs in the bar area of the Townley Suite.We had to stand around for well over an hour while photographs were taken and only 6 chairs were available.

honestly very small no shampoo etc provided in spa and jaccuzzi being attatched to the pool wasnt what i would have expected
