The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were very nice indeed and very helpful. Booking in was very straightforward; there were no problems at all with the booking system.
The blackout curtains for night were very good. Parking was good. The garden was very nice indeed. There was a trouser press, hair drier, TV and we could make hot drinks in our room.
Our bedroom was very dark even with all the lights on - it was a strain to see in the room, but our friends' room was fine.
At breakfast, the porage turned out to be a packet mix and was very very sugary. It was really nice to see porage on the menu but it was a shame it was so unhealthy! The breakfast choices overall were very good, and very nice, and there was a good selection of fresh fruit too.
Overall: We would definitely recommend Heather Bank. (107456332)

the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was excellent and had the all necessary requirements. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable
