Quiet, clean, no problem coming back late, easy to find, found a place to store my cycle inside the hotel.

There was a problem with the TV not working and they moved us to another room when this was pointed out.

Poor TV reception. Breakfast was not up to standard e.gs Some food only warm; sausages only available after we had finished eating; use of just a single tea bag produced a drink that was only marginally above hot water.

Overall: At GBP50, this hotel is on the expensive side for the facilities.  (108992382)

Just being a 2star hotel, we were more than pleased with the cleanliness of our room, helpfulness of the staff & owner & also a generous full English breakfast.

Overall: Good value & well run by owner. Booking hotels not visited before is 'pot luck', but we are pleased to say we were not disappointed on this occasion  (108142700)

Excellent service and i found no real fault

Only two comments - there was no clock in the room and i had to use the TV to get the time, and, i didn't have breakfast as it was too early when i left the hotel. When i looked at the menu i couldn't see any vegan options though

Very good value for money, recently refurbished room with small but nice shower room /wc (good shower). Paid £45 for single B&B in room with double bed. Buffet english breakfast ok.

They have dining room but meal wasn't so good, only person in. I don't think they are set up to do meals, my thai grren curry was plentifull but about ready meal standards. The room was clean but dust and packets under the bed.

Overall: Good value B&B close to town and motorway but recommend eating out in town.  (107487404)
